  For the vast number of Amazon cross-border sellers,"return for bid"is almost every seller will encounter.Once this happens,it is really a double suffering.If the goods can not be sold on the shelves,it means a huge cost.Then,they have to face a variety of messy costs,such as storage costs,management costs,destruction costs,shipping costs back home,these are very difficult to calculate the cost of the program.


  Do FBA sellers know why their products are returned and how to deal with FBA return orders?


  Amazon seller FBA return reason:


  ①Customer complaints and bad comments lead to permanent closure of the account;


  ②Listing audit failed;

  3.The commodity involves imitation infringement,resulting in the closure of account number;


  ④The package of the product is damaged,so it can not enter the FBA as a new product;


  ⑤If the account is closed or complained about,replace the new account for sale;


  ⑥If the sales volume of a account is not good,replace the high-quality B account for sales;


  ⑦After domestic delivery,the label is wrong and cannot be sold.It needs to be put on the shelf again.


  There are two ways to handle FBA returns correctly


  Type 1:the buyer has received the goods:


  (1)For the return problem caused by the FBA order,the goods will be returned to the FBA warehouse for the FBA to handle.The seller can contact FBA to transport the goods back to the warehouse and refund the goods after the buyer returns the goods.


  ②If the return is not damaged,you can contact Amazon to relabel and resell.If it is damaged,Amazon will prompt you that the product can no longer be sold.You can have Amazon destroy it,or you can have a third-party company ship it back to China,or you can have a third-party overseas storage company that can provide repair and return services to help you.


  Type 2:the buyer does not receive the goods:


  (1)If your goods are not officially delivered at the shipping agency,you can reduce the quantity and refund the buyer in full.


  (2)If you can't get it back,we suggest you negotiate with the buyer and say that the goods have been delivered now.After receiving the goods,the buyer will see whether he likes it or not,and then decide whether to stop the goods.


  ③If the buyer still disagrees,we have to deal with it now.You can negotiate with the buyer,according to their own product cost only part of the refund,goods will be free to the buyer,reduce losses.In case of FBA return,we should relax our mind,find ways to reduce the loss,and properly pacify the seller's mood.
